We understand that product issues can sometimes occur, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient warranty replacement process.If you experience any problems with your purchase, please follow the steps below for in-store replacement:

Step 2: Requesting Replacements : 

Please note: As items may ship from multiple locations and each warranty applies to a singular item, only one item can be replaced per warranty transaction. Shipping and handling fees apply for each order and please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. If you have multiple items needing a replacement, please contact us at first by contact form or email/call. 

Please hold on to your damaged product — we may ask for photos of the damaged product, or that damaged products be returned to us.

2. In-Store Replacement ( recommended ) 

  1. Visit Our Store: Bring the defective product along with the original purchase receipt to our physical store location.

  2. Warranty Assessment: Our trained staff will assess the product to determine if it qualifies for warranty replacement based on the terms and conditions outlined in our warranty policy.

  3. Provide Purchase Information: Please present the original purchase receipt or any relevant proof of purchase to facilitate the warranty verification process.

  4. Complete Replacement Form: Provide your contact information and a brief description of the issue.

  5. Product Inspection: Our team will inspect the product to identify the issue and confirm eligibility for warranty replacement.

  6. Enjoy Your New Product: Once the replacement or repair is completed, you can leave our store with a fully functional product covered by our warranty.
